If you’re like me, you exclaimed several times over the last month about the beauty that surrounds us. It’s that time of the year when dawn arrives earlier and the air is pleasant. A walk to work, a walk after dinner, having a meal out with friends – these are all things we appreciate even more at this time of the year. Somehow, this short outdoor excursions give us energy!

So too with our aging parents. Getting out among the trees, flowers and critters somehow renews them.
