Steve Lorberbaum, the owner of Assisting Hands Home Care Potomac, was recognized as the owner of the year during the association network meeting in Washington, D.C.

Lorberbaum opened Assisting Hands in September 2014 upon realizing the demand for caregiving services after managing the care of his parents.

Licensed as a Residential Service Agency by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Assisting Hands of Potomac serves Montgomery County, Maryland including Potomac, North Potomac, Bethesda, North Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Gaithersburg, Olney, Germantown, and beyond. The office is at 4853 Cordell Avenue, Suite PH-10A, in Bethesda.

“I greatly enjoy the work we do in serving our community and in providing peace of mind and stress relief to our clients and their families,” said Lorberbaum. “It is truly an honor to be trusted by our clients to come into their homes and help brighten their day.”

The business is about caring and having a passion for enriching the lives of others. Lorberbaum believes that if you focus on providing exceptional care to your clients, open communication with their families and honor and respect the outstanding work of your caregiving team, the rest works out.
