Caregiver Of The Year 2017

By Steve Lorberbaum 3  pm On

Our Caregiver Of The Year for 2017 is a real jewel! Jane has worked for the same client for more than two years.  The client is now on hospice and rarely sleeps.  Jane spends the night in the client’s room talking with her, rubbing her hands and generally working to ease her anxiety.  There really are no words to describe how caring, understanding and loving Jane has been to this client.

A true professional, Jane is never late, will stay late if needed to assist the next caregiver coming on shift, and has helped train new caregivers.  She inspires all of us to do better by her compassionate care.  It’s not one thing – it’s the day in and day out, consistently outstanding compassionate care, that makes Jane our Caregiver of the Year.
